LAKE TOWNSHIP ROSCOMMON COUNTY, MICHIGAN NOTICE OF ADOPTION ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT ORDIANANCE NO. 55C Please take notice that on October 8, 2024 the Township Board of Lake Township adopted Ordinance No. 55C, which amends the Lake Township Zoning Ordinance to maintain the public health, safety, and welfare of the residents of Lake Township by procedure on amendments, clarifying section requirements; and correcting clerical errors. Ordinance No. 55C has the following sections and catch lines: Section 1: Amendment of Article II, Section 202; Section 2: Amendment of Article III, Section 302; Section 3: Amendment of Article III, Section 355A; Section 4: Amendment of Article III, Section 360A; Section 5: Amendment of Article III, Section 360B; Section 6: Amendment of Article III, Section 365A; Section 7: Amendment of Article IV, Section 434(c, i); Section 8: Amendment of Article IV, Section 435(a4); Section 9: Amendment to Article IV, Section 435(c) ; Section 10: Amendment of Article IV, Section 443; Section 11: Amendment of Article IV, Section 444; Section 12: Amendment of Article VI, Section 602 (a,j); Section 13: Amendment of Article VI, Section 603 (n); Section 14: Amendment of Article VI, Section 603c; Section 15: Amendment of Article VI, Section 605(i); Section 16: Amendment of Article VII, Section 700; Section 17: Amendment of Article VIII, Section 802; Section 18: Amendment of Article X, Section 1004 (4); Section 19: Amendment of Article XI, Section 1104 (d); Section 20: Amendment of Article XI, Section 1106 (f); Section 21: Severability; Section 22: Repeal; and Section 24: Effective Date, which is seven days from the date of publication of this notice of adoption, as provided by the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act.
