LEBANON - Residents of Lebanon will soon see a new police officer patrolling the streets in the community. Jay Conklin was sworn-in during the June 12 Lebanon City Council meeting. Officer Conklin will complete his training and then begin serving the community. Conklin previously served in a public safety capacity prior to becoming a Lebanon police officer.
